The Meopta Opemus 7 were designed to produce black and white or color photographs from negatives up to 60 x 70 mm or slides up to 5 x 5 cm. It is possible to use these enlarger with a wide variety of accessories. The device have three modifications:

Opemus 7 for black and white (392 211 401 012) photography featuring direct correction for converging verticals and special color filters holder to produce color photographs. Condenser system consists double plan/convex lens with built-in thermal filter. The lamp is opaline 150W/E27 fitting with 70 mm envelope (not included). Diffuser is inserted in filter holder. Negative carrier is metal and with split line focusing system.

Opemus 7 Color 3 (392 211 401 021) for color photography featuring the Meopta Color 3 special color head enabling step less filtration adjustment using the subtractive method. Negative carrier is metal and with split line focusing system.

Opemus 7 Color 4-ES (392 211 411 031) for color photography featuring the Color 4-ES special color head enabling step less filtration adjustment using the subtractive method. Negative carrier is metal and with split line focusing system.

The Opemus 7 enlarger allows image restitution meeting the Scheimpflug condition (optical distortion correction). Swiveling the device by 90° provides wall projection. Swiveling the enlarger by 180° provides floor projection of high standard enlargements.

Meograde
Meograde head for Meopta enlarger is a device for black and white gradation scale Multigrade photographic papers. The head is designed to be used with Axomat 5, Opemus 6, Opemus 7 and Magnifax 4 enlarges. Depending on the enlarger type used, the suitable mixing chamber must be selected (24 x 36, 60 x 60, 60 x 70 or 65 x 90 mm).

When working with a lens, focal distance f = 30-50 mm, this mixing chamber is complementary to the colour head Meopta-Color.

Negative carrier 24 x 36 / DIA 3 x 3
The insert is used to enlarge from individual slides in frames 3 x 3 cm. It is placed in the upper carrier part for negatives. Different thickness of frames for slides 3 x 3 does not allow use of the split-line focusing system.
